Scope of Agreement By using this Software, you agree to the terms of this Terms of Service (“TOS”).

2. Copyrights and Limitations You may not modify, copy, republish, frame, post, upload, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this Software, including code and software.

3. Use of Software You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this Software, solely for your use on a single machine (Windows or Mac). You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, rent, lease, or lend the Software or create derivative works from it. You must not use the Software in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any of our servers or services, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Software.

4. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Adboost and the creator(s) and authors of Adboost Software be liable for any damages resulting from your use or misuse of the Software, including without limitation special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages or damages resulting from lost data, lost profits, or any other pecuniary loss.

5. Indemnification The user further agrees to indemnify the creator(s) of this software and Adboost from any and all damages, claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Software.

6. Termination of Software We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice.

7. Changes to Terms of Service We reserve the right to change or modify this Terms of Service at any time. Such changes are effective immediately upon posting and your continued use of the Software indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. As the user of Adboost, which is an automated Kijiji advertising posting software you agree to use it according to Kijiji's Terms of Service

9. As the user of this software you also agree not to use this software in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

10. The user understands that improper use of this software may result in the permanent deletion of their Kijiji account, or any data associated with it. Adboost and the creator(s) and authors of this software cannot and will not be held liable in any way in the event your Kijiji account is suspended or deleted.

11. The user agrees to take full responsibility for the proper use of this software, including, but not limited to, monitoring the usage of the software to ensure that it complies with the Kijiji's Terms of Service.

12. The user agrees that any content you post or submit via this software is subject to the terms and conditions of Kijiji and you agree to be bound by them. If you post anything via the Adboost Software that is against Kijiji’s Terms of Service then Adboost and its creator(s) and authors shall not be liable for it in any way and the user alone is responsible for the content that is posted via the Adboost software onto Kijiji.

13. The user understands and agrees that the creator(s) and authors of this software cannot and will not be held liable for any losses or damages caused by use or improper use of the software.

14. The user of this software understands and agrees that Adboost the automated Kijiji advertising posting software is provided “as is”, and the creator of this software makes no express or implied warranties, representations, or conditions with respect to the software.

15. This software is intended for use in conjunction with the Kijiji.ca website. The software is not created or authored by Kijiji or its parent company eBay Inc. We have no association whatsoever with Kijiji or eBay Inc.

16. Any reference in our software to Kijiji does not imply any association or affiliation between Kijiji and Adboost and it shall be expressly understood that the Adboost Software is an independent product from Kijiji.

17. Kijiji, its logos, and other associated trademarks are the property of eBay Inc. Our software Adboost and our website adboost.ca does not own or claim any rights to these trademarks and logos, or any Kijiji content that is referenced within our software or website (adboost.ca).

18. This agreement is binding and will govern any use of the software.

This privacy policy describes how our software, which automatically reposts Kijiji ads, collects and uses your personal information. By using our software, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection & Use: When you use our software, we may collect personal information such as Kijiji account information including your user id, email address, as well as the ad information. We NEVER collect or store your account password. We may use your personal information that we gather for the purpose of debugging and improving our application, analytics purposes, and for any other purposes as may be necessary to the running of our application.

Currently the software is offered on a free trial. You can download it for free and start using it immediately without entering any credit-card info or sign-up.

This is a desktop/laptop based software which runs on both Apple Macs and Windows Computers. This is NOT a mobile app and would not run on any mobile platforms such as Android or IOS. You need a desktop computer or a laptop to run this software. Also, we only support Apple and Windows Operating Systems.

For Adboost to function, after starting the program please ensure that your computer stays running and you do not close the application or put it on sleep. The app will run quietly in the background and keep boosting your ads.

Adboost requires a Windows or a Mac computer to work. The app can be downloaded for either system from our website https://adboost.ca
